Unstoppable Women 2026 Giveaway ā€“ Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion ("Competition") is conducted by Christine Corcoran trading as Christine Corcoran & Unstoppable Women CollectiveĀ 72 826 334 204Ā ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The Competition opens upon publication and closes at 11:55pm AEST on Saturday, 1 August 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Competition, entrants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:

  • Complete the official online entry form with their details and email address.

  • Subscribe to Christine Corcoran's email list via the competition entry form.

  • Follow @unstoppablewomen.au on Instagram.

  • Follow @christinecorcoran_coach on Instagram.

Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicated or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's sole discretion.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) General Admission Tickets to Unstoppable Women 2026

  • One (1) twin-share accommodation at QT Hotel, Surfers Paradise for the night of 10 September 2026, including breakfast for two (2)

  • Two (2)Ā VIP After Party Tickets toĀ Unstoppable Women 2026 After Party

  • Two (2) 60-minute online Strategy Sessions with Christine Corcoran, to be redeemed within four (4) months following the event

The total prize pool is valued at approximately AUD $2703.00

The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for another event, product or future event date.

6. Accommodation

Accommodation consists of one (1) twin-share room at QT Hotel, Surfers Paradise for the night of 10 September 2026 only.

Breakfast for two (2) people is included.

The winner is responsible for all incidental expenses, including but not limited to parking, room service, minibar purchases, additional accommodation nights and any personal expenses incurred during their stay.

Accommodation is valid only for the specified date and cannot be extended, transferred to another date or redeemed for cash.

7. Travel

Travel to and from the event, airport transfers, parking and any other transportation costs are not included.

The winner is solely responsible for arranging and paying for all travel expenses.

8. Existing Ticket Holders

If the winner has already purchased a General Admission ticket directly through the Promoter for Unstoppable Women 2026, the ticket purchase price will be refunded upon verification of proof of purchase.

Tickets purchased through third-party sellers or promotional partners are not eligible for reimbursement.

9. Day 2 Mastermind Experience

The prize does not include admission to the Day 2 Mastermind Experience on Friday, 11 September 2026.

Should the winner wish to attend Day 2, they may purchase an upgrade at the advertised price, subject to ticket availability.

10. Prize Conditions

The prize may be transferred to another eligible person by providing written notice to the Promoter 15 days prior to the event.

The prize:

  • cannot be redeemed for cash;

  • cannot be exchanged for another product or service;

  • cannot be transferred to another event or future year; and

  • must be accepted as awarded.

Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.

If any component of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that component with a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably possible.

11. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random draw on Monday, 3 August 2026.

The winner will be notified via both:

  • email; and

  • Instagram Direct Message.

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within seven (7) days, is deemed ineligible, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

12. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants.

The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

  • submits false or misleading information;

  • tampers with the entry process;

  • breaches these Terms and Conditions; or

  • engages in conduct that the Promoter reasonably considers fraudulent or unfair.

13. Event Changes

Should Unstoppable Women 2026 be postponed, rescheduled, cancelled or materially changed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend the prize or substitute a prize of equal or greater value where reasonably possible and in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the Competition, including photographs, video recordings, testimonials and social media content, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

15. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

  • lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries;

  • technical malfunctions or failures affecting entry;

  • any interruption to the Competition beyond the Promoter's control;

  • cancellation or alteration of the event due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control; or

  • any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.

16. Privacy and Marketing Consent

By entering this Competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting, storing and using their personal information for the purposes of:

  • administering this Competition;

  • contacting entrants regarding the Competition;

  • adding entrants to Christine Corcoran's email database; and

  • sending future marketing communications, event updates, educational content and promotional offers.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in all emails.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and will not be sold to third parties.

17. Social Media Disclaimer

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., including Instagram or Facebook.

QT Hotel, Surfers Paradise is not a sponsor or administrator of this Competition.

By entering, participants release Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, Facebook and QT Hotel from any liability arising from or in connection with this Competition.

18. General

This Competition is a free-entry promotional game conducted to promote the Promoter's business.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.

The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
