You’re allowed to have a Christmas break and a full January.

I don’t want you going into your break checking your bank account every morning. And I don’t want you telling yourself you can’t take one, because you’re worried the money will stop if you do.

After coaching women in business for nine years, I’ve noticed that how your summer feels is decided in November. The women who switch off at Christmas aren’t luckier or busier than you. They had the sales conversations, confirmed January with deposits and told their clients their break dates before December arrived.
